The proposed building is located in an area close to the University and comes as a response to the necessity for apartments for rent.
In the design process, we had to overcome the parking regulations in order to accommodate the number of apartments. As a result, the number of parking spots was a decisive factor for the dimension of the building.
We took the challenge and we created a 4 floor modern, standout modular apartment building, in an interesting, attractive, but small volume.
On the main floor, we have parking, technical rooms, and the main lobby. The apartments are situated on the second, third, and fourth floors. On the third floor, we proposed an amenity space on the outside terrace.
