In collaboration with the modular building company 360 Smart Living, we developed an interesting and challenging project of this modern apartment building.

A beautiful, modern bungalow-style house that suits the lay of the natural land and completes the terrain beautifully.

The project’s architecture expresses the features of a modern villa, with clean white lines, connections with the exterior on every floor and large windows that bring in a lot of light

The architectural approach of this project started with the clients’ desire for a modern bungalow using expressive lines and construction materials

The architectural concept behind the house is separating day and night areas, expressed by combining clean white volumes with large glazing.

The main goal for this project was to bring back that great feeling of the mid-century North American bungalow.

This project is a special take on the single-story family house. It has a different relationship with public space: plain walls on the front facade, but all the spaces in the house open onto the interior private courtyard.

This is a modern, two-story family house, with a volume strongly accentuated  by horizontal lines and beautiful textures.

The project required creating 4 different rooms environments in various styles following the given specification. In general there was a lot of creative freedom in interpreting the given themes.
