SmartPod 3.2

This is a pilot project for an innovative concept developed with our partner 360 Smart Living.

The unit offers an apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, and open living space.

We developed on the concept of modular building, which offers many advantages, such as build cost, execution time and location.

For this pilot unit, we set out a modern, north-European interior design.

Each piece of furniture is designed and carefully chosen to be practical, space saving and expressive.

The open-space living and kitchen space has been designed as a unit for a unique feel.

A comfy extendable couch with a modern armchair alongside forms the seating area. Next the large TV we have designed a workspace with open shelves.

An S shaped half-island forms the transition into the kitchen.

The large space is naturally sun lit by floor-to-ceiling windows.
