C HOUSE

The design draws inspiration from a typical Georgian style, hall-marked by the symmetry and proportion of classical architecture. Ornaments are a known feature of this style.

The house is built in Hunt Club Estates, on a large lot with a 118′ frontage.

The house comprises a main building and two secondary buildings, which are connected to the house by covered passages.

The two buildings are: a three-car garage with an upper floor guest apartment and a two-car garage, both with access from an interior courtyard.

The central point of the house is the open-to-above foyer with the impressive staircase.

The concept of the main floor is open-space day area.

Part of the Georgian style, there are two big stone chimneys built for fireplaces.

The house has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is in the rear part of the second floor, with access onto the large balcony that has amazing views over the beautiful yard.
